In order for you to become a successful affiliate marketer there is a right way to do it.  Unfortunately, when it comes to affiliate marketing, many people seem to be doing it the wrong way.  And, it is not always the fault of individuals or newbies.  The blame often comes from those that are considered to be authorities within the affiliate marketing community.

The following is an ordinary scenario of how affiliates are taught to make money online.....

  • Locate the best affiliate program that will pay you the biggest commission
  • Build yourself a website or blog and add your affiliate links
  • Start adding content to your site
  • Use videos on your site
  • Perform SEO and include backlinks to your sites
  • Watch the commissions role in

This is an example of the basic affiliate plan that has been taught for years.  I know, because that's exactly how I started out with affiliate marketing.  I still do something like that today with a few programs, but not as much as when I first began.  Don't misunderstand me, it is a solid concept and something that can make money online for you.

However, it's not the best way for you to succeed with affiliate marketing, at least not today.  One thing that makes this plan not as good as in years past is simply the amount of competition that has risen.  There are so many web pages today that you have to compete with and this makes working as an affiliate marketer harder to do.

I don't know about you, but working harder is really something that I don't want to do.  I already spend enough time writing content, doing SEO, researching material and more.  I certainly don't like the idea of having to continually work harder each and everyday.

If that's the case, what alternative is there?  Basically the idea of working SMARTER, NOT HARDER!

With affiliate marketing the strategy to making money online is simply to get repeat customers.  And of course, the best way to accomplish this is to build yourself a list of loyal subscribers.

To build your list, you'd simply follow the basic steps as outlined below.....

  1. Create a product that you can giveaway to people in exchange for their name and email address
  2. Understand the basics of setting up a website
  3. Add a hosting account
  4. Put together a squeeze page that will help you to capture the email addresses of potential subscribers
  5. Set up your autoresponder
  6. Incorporate everything above with any affiliate offers that interest you

Now, what if I could show you an easier way to set everything up?
